Products & customization

Our gifts are made to order using images you provide. You confirm that you have the right to use any photos submitted and that they do not infringe on others’ rights. We reserve the right to refuse orders that violate our content guidelines.

Orders & payment

All prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues.

Shipping

Processing times apply for handcrafted items. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary by destination. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns & refunds

Because items are personalized, returns are limited. Contact us within 14 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or materially different from what you ordered. We will work with you on a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Intellectual property

All site content, branding, and designs are owned by Held Closer or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Held Closer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
