How is my order packaged?
Every piece ships in a protective pouch inside a gift-ready box with tissue and a care card. Custom-letter orders include your handwritten note in a separate sealed envelope.
How can I make returns or exchanges?
Contact us within 30 days of delivery through our contact page with your order number. Unworn items in original packaging qualify for exchange or refund.
Do you offer a warranty on the jewelry I purchase from Held Closer?
Yes. Held Closer covers manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. Normal wear, lost stones from impact, or damage from improper care are not covered.
Can I return an item that was given to me as a gift?
Gift recipients may exchange for another style or metal finish, or receive store credit. Refunds go to the original purchaser when proof of purchase is provided.
What material are the pendants made of?
Pendants are available in sterling silver or rose-gold-plated brass with a protective finish. Stones are high-grade cubic zirconia unless noted otherwise on your order confirmation.
